Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using EasyBilling Enterprise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

1. License Grant and Use

EasyBilling Enterprise is licensed, not sold. Subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable licensing agreements, PuspenduOfficial grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and execute EasyBilling Enterprise on compatible desktop, tablet, and mobile devices for your business billing and inventory operations.

2. Offline-First Architecture & User Responsibility

EasyBilling Enterprise operates primarily as an offline-first desktop and mobile tool:

• All invoice, client, product, stock, and tax computation records are generated and maintained locally on your device.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining frequent data backups using our automated local backup tools, export features, or optional Google Drive integration.
• PuspenduOfficial does not hold, monitor, or manage your company records, and is not responsible for device loss, hardware failure, or unintended data deletion on the user's system.

3. Google Drive Integration & Third-Party Services

EasyBilling Enterprise allows optional cloud backups directly into your personal Google Drive account.

• When utilizing Google Drive backups, you agree to comply with Google's applicable Terms of Service and policies.
• EasyBilling only interacts with files explicitly created by the app under the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope.
• You may revoke EasyBilling's access to your Google Drive account at any time via in-app settings or through your Google Account Security Dashboard.

4. GST & Tax Calculation Disclaimer

EasyBilling Enterprise provides tools to assist in calculating Goods and Services Tax (GST), discounts, HSN codes, and invoice generation. However, tax regulations and rates vary by jurisdiction and change periodically. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your invoices, tax classifications, rates, and return filings comply with applicable government laws and statutory guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The application software, designs, layouts, codebases, graphics, logos, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of PuspenduOfficial. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall the developer or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, business interruptions, lost profits, or other liability arising from the use or inability to use the software.

7. Termination

This agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
