EasyBilling Enterprise is an offline-first commercial billing application. Your business invoices, client records, inventory, and financial reports are stored locally on your own computer or device. We do not collect, monitor, sell, or transmit your private business data to any central server.

1. Information We Collect

EasyBilling Enterprise operates strictly on your local device. We do not require account registration on our servers, and we do not maintain tracking databases or analytic profiles of your business transactions.

2. Google Drive API & User Data Policy

EasyBilling offers an optional Google Drive Cloud Backup feature that allows you to store encrypted backups of your invoices in your own private Google Drive storage (similar to WhatsApp chat backups).

When you connect Google Drive, EasyBilling requests the minimal, non-sensitive scope:

• Scope of Access: EasyBilling only creates, reads, and updates files specifically created by EasyBilling (such as your backup JSON files and PDF invoices in the EasyBilling Backups folder). EasyBilling cannot view, access, or modify any other files in your Google Drive.
• No External Sharing: EasyBilling communicates directly and exclusively between your browser/device and Google's official API servers. Your Google data, tokens, or profile information are never sent to PuspenduOfficial or any third-party servers.
• No Data Retention: Authentication tokens are stored securely in your local browser session storage and are revoked upon disconnection.
• No Advertising or AI Training: Google user data is never used for advertising, nor is it transferred to data brokers or used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Limited Use Compliance: EasyBilling’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Security & Local Encryption

All local database records are secured using standard SQLite and browser IndexedDB encryption. The optional PIN App Lock utilizes cryptographically secure SHA-256 password hashing with salt and PBKDF2 iterations to protect against unauthorized access when your computer is unattended.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Because all data resides locally on your device and inside your own personal Google Drive account, you retain 100% control over your data at all times. You can export, delete, or wipe your billing databases, and disconnect your Google account with one click under Settings → Google Drive Backup → Disconnect.
