This Software ("EasyBilling Enterprise") and all accompanying documentation,
compiled binaries, source code, and design assets are the intellectual
property of PuspenduOfficial.
1. GRANT OF FREE COMMERCIAL LICENSE
PuspenduOfficial grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license
to download, install, and execute EasyBilling Enterprise on any number of
computers for personal, business, or commercial operations.
You are entitled to:
(a) Generate unlimited tax invoices, bills of supply, receipts, and returns;
(b) Operate the software completely offline without internet connectivity;
(c) Retain 100% private ownership of all databases, ledgers, and export files;
(d) Utilize the software across all branches and workstations of your organization.
2. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS
All title, ownership, trademarks, and copyright in and to EasyBilling remain
exclusively with PuspenduOfficial.
Except as expressly authorized in writing by PuspenduOfficial, you may not:
(a) Sublicense, sell, lease, or charge others for access to the software binary;
(b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary core modules;
(c) Distribute modified, repackaged, or altered copies under the EasyBilling name;
(d) Remove or alter any proprietary notices, author credits, or copyright notices.
3. DATA SOVEREIGNTY & OFFLINE ASSURANCE
EasyBilling is designed with zero-knowledge architecture. No financial data,
customer GSTINs, invoice quantities, or bank credentials are ever transmitted
to external servers. All operations execute strictly on localhost (127.0.0.1).
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
PUSPENDUOFFICIAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING
FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.
